About Us
Mental Health Nurse Managers Ireland is an association that provides managerial, professional development and clinical support to senior mental health nurse leaders across the Irish Mental Health Services. Members come from across the health service and work in the areas of clinical, operational, education and policy development.
Forum for Mental Health Nursing Leaders
MHNMI provides a forum for mental health nurse leaders to debate and explore relevant topics in confidence. MHNMI supports and advocates the creation of opportunities for the professional development and networking of senior mental health nurse leaders. MHNMI organises an annual conference with key guest speakers from the Irish healthcare services and invited international experts in relevant areas.

Membership of Mental Health Nurse Managers Ireland is open to any registered psychiatric nurse who, in the view of the National Executive, holds permanent appointment in the posts listed acting into that position for I year and 1 day.
